Dr. Naderi and the staff at iNova was amazing. I was obviously very nervous but there was not a lag in wait time. We checked in, got taken back, got the IV, chatting with the anesthesiologist and Dr. Naderi, then they gave me some meds and took me back! I woke up afterward in mild pain (more of a pressure than anything) and went home soon afterward.

The first day (surgery day) wasn’t as bad as I thought. I took the meds when I got home and my pain pills and watched tv propped up in bed. My boyfriend was great with making sure I ate pineapple (amazing for swelling and bruising) and took my meds. I slept ok (only difficulty was open mouth breathing which was a bit uncomfortable and being propped up).

Day Two was actually when I had most of my swelling and bruising. It was pretty dark around the eyes, my eyelids, under my eyes and my cheeks. I kept icing, taking the meds, drinking pineapple juice and taking it easy.

Day Three looked better. Was pretty easy. I walked the dog and relaxed. Got a bit bored but knew not to push it.

Day Four I worked from home and was fine! I am taking Tylenol instead of the pain meds during the day and I am taking two at night to help me sleep. It throbs sometimes but it is more uncomfortable and itchy at this point. Ready to get the cast off!! Also, the boyfriend got and installed the detachable shower head so I got to shower and wash my hair!! It was AMAZING.

Day Five, the bruising is yellow under my eyes and the puffiness is just a little in my cheeks. Or maybe I gained weight from all the pineapple juice and snacks and lack of movement! :)

I will update this when I get my cast off on Friday! Also!! – Remember to clean the crap out of your nose. I have been doing the peroxide and ointment like 8 times a day. Before bed, middle of the night when I get up to use the restroom, 7am when the dog wakes me up and then all throughout the day. Dr. Naderi said it is super important so I am lathering it on! :)

I’m extremely pleased with my rhinoplasty/septoplasty results. Not only can I breathe better but my nose looks much more symmetrical. I had little to no bruising/swelling and minimal pain. I felt very comfortable through the entire process. Dr. Naderi is a true artist and expert! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I got the results I wanted and would recommend him to anyone looking to do rhinoplasty/septoplasty.

I contemplated surgery for 15 years (since my second broken nose). I’ve seen multiple doctors and was never able to go through with it until I met Dr Naderi/staff. He made my nose look perfect for my features and I can finally breathe, smell and taste food. The staff and VA Surgery Center was amazing…

After many years of hating my nose, I finally decided to just get it fixed. I researched many plastic surgeons for many months, but kept coming back to Dr. Naderi’s website. What drew me to him was that fact that everyone seemed to get their own nose that was perfectly fitted to his/her own face, as opposed to the “generic plastic surgery nose” that I was used to seeing on other surgeon’s websites (in other words, same exact nose for every patient). Dr. Naderi ONLY does noses, and it shows. He is an artist, an expert, and just an all around wonderful person.

From day one, it was obvious that everyone at Naderi’s office cares about their patients and loves their job. Sabrina was ALWAYS there to answer my questions and calm any concerns that I had. Dr. Naderi himself was very professional yet very easy to talk to – even funny at times! He made me feel so confident and comfortable with the entire procedure.

Needless to say, the surgery was SO easy. I mean really. I was uncomfortable for about a week and then a little stiff after the splint came off, but within several more weeks I felt completely back to normal. My nose is PERFECT. It is everything I ever wanted and more. It looks completely natural. People who know about the surgery say it looks like I was born with this nose. Nothing about it looks fake or altered in any way.

Overall, I am so happy with everything from start to finish. The money doesn’t even matter now and I have zero regrets. I highly recommend Dr. Naderi for anyone considering Rhinoplasty!

Very nice and understanding employees. Dr. Naderi did a fantastic job fixing my nose. I had a deviated septum and he was very capable in allowing me to breathe properly again through my nose. Every time I walked through the door they knew who I was and had excellent customer service. I definitely recommend the Naderi Center for plastic surgery or functional surgery, like I had.

I came into Dr. Naderi’s Virginia office a few months ago for a consultation. I was concerned about my asymmetric nose and wanted to see if he could remove a “hump” off the side of my nose to improve symmetry. My septum was also a complete mess and my turbinates were inflamed which caused breathing trouble. Dr. Naderi discussed what he could do for my nasal asymmetry and my breathing and we looked at some computer generated images to help understand what my nose may look like afterwards. I was happy with what I saw and had complete trust in Dr. Naderi so I decided to schedule the Rhinoplasty. I’m so glad I did! My nose turned out wonderfully. My nose is much more symmetric and I can now breathe well. I would recommend Dr. Naderi to anyone considering a Rhinoplasty, he truly knows what he is doing. My nose was straightened, the septum was fixed, and my turbinates were reduced with there being absolutely no complications. Not only that, but my result is very natural. No one besides the people I told knew that I had a rhinoplasty, not even people I see very often. I could not of asked for more.

Not only is Dr. Naderi great, but so is his staff. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns and truly cared for my well-being. Once again, my results are fantastic and if anyone is considering a Rhinoplasty then I’d definitely say to schedule a consultation with Dr. Naderi.

I highly recommend Dr. Naderi. He was very gentle and has a great eye for detail. Instead of performing a dental block he used numbing cream.. From past experience I was given a dental block and it was pretty painful!!! However with Dr. Naderi’s method I required almost little to no down time after the procedure. I couldn’t be happier with my results. :-)

Fantastic experience! Wonderful doctor and superb staff. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to fix your gummy smile, I highly recommend Dr. Naderi. Dr. Naderi uses a very conservative amount of botox to fix a gummy smile. I am always in and out of the office in under 15 minutes. I first visited Dr. Naderi about 2 years ago and have since been back two more times for follow-ups. I am very pleased with the results. I never thought that I would find a solution to my gummy smile without having to resort to painful and expensive surgery. The procedure is also very reasonably priced in my opinion.

Dr. Nadari is awesome- you do not even feel the pin prick for the needle. Also, his staff is absolutely accomodating- they make every effort to schedule time- even on short notice:)! I highly recommend Dr. Nadari’s office for any type of cosmetic procedure- he is the best in the Washington D.C. Area!!

I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am that I found his practice. The post op period was easy, pain-free and i had minimal bruising. In about a week the cast came off and it was one of the happiest moments of my life. The nose was absolutely perfect – just what i wanted. I used to dislike my nose, but now i think it is the cutest part of my face.

It has been a year now and the nose only gets better month after month. I advise to anybody, who is considering getting it done, go to Dr. Naderi. It is your FACE – you want whats the best for your face, that is why you are considering doing it in the first place ;)

PS i also got lip fillers about a month after the surgery and it was the best experience with fillers i have ever had. Almost no swelling or bruising and, by the way, NOBODY could tell that i had a nose job and lip fillers done! Mind you it was only one month post-op. Trust me, he is really good at what he does.
