I’ve been noticing for over a year now that I’m developing indentations to the mid-face. My once apple cheeks had a noticeable dent. I actually found Dr Nadiri on YouTube and I watched him perform voluma injections to the cheekbones. I have to say my overall experience with him has been superb. I drove 4 hours to his office in Chevy chase Maryland and it was well worth it. The two lovely ladies on his staff are both absolutely beautiful, sweet and helpful. As soon as I met dr naderi I felt extremely confident that he would deliver the results I was hoping for. Right away he noticed the depressions that many people have told me is just in my head lol. He agreed a little voluma to the depression and along the cheekbone would look great. He asked me if I wanted any numbing gel which I declined bc I have a pretty high pain tolerance and I don’t like the feeling of numbness. His technique was absolutely excellent. He started with 1cc divided between the two cheeks and let me see how it looked then we decided to do another .5 cc of juvederm xc to the cheeks and use the rest for my nasolabial folds. Even with no numbing the procedure was not painful at all. Dr naderi incouraged me to breath calmly to slow my heart rate and minimize bruising and I have to say I woke up the next morning without a single mark! My skin actually looks even nicer and glowy after the procedure. Dr naderi is so kind, comforting and most importantly very skilled. I had a wonderful experience with him and his office and I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I went to Dr. Naderi for rhinoplasty. First off his staff is wonderful to deal with, very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Naderi was on point with subtle refinements that would make the nose look natural. He did a great job and gave me a better nose than I expected! I was mostly worried about the pain but the only uncomfortable part was a little bit of pressure and not being able to breathe the first week. The pain killers work and pineapple and arnica are great for swelling! Follow his directions exactly and you should end up with a beautiful nose! He is a bit pricey, but for me quality > quantity and he is worth it.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to make sure Dr. Naderi & Dr. Kulak along with their wonderful staff receive recognition for their excellent work. Believe the hype and stop searching! ALL the great reviews are true Dr. Naderi is an exceptional plastic surgeon who is caring, honest, and has a great aesthetic eye to give you exactly what you want. From the moment I walked into his office I knew this was the place for me.

First off, the customer service is fantastic. From the time received my initial consultation until now the staff have been nothing short of helpful, courteous and very friendly. They usually respond to your emails immediately–I even stopped calling because they respond to my emails so quickly!

Second, the doctors have their own specializations. So, you’re getting a plastic surgeon who only performs rhinoplasties and is an expert at what he does. This is what makes Dr. Naderi a true gem.

I came to visit Dr. Naderi and Dr. Kulak for a nose job and a lower eye lid surgery to get rid of my puffiness. Prior to my appointment, I was nervous and did not know what to expect. During the consultation they put me at ease, listened attentively, answered all my questions, and guided me through the options and process. My husband and I were so impressed that we scheduled my surgery date the same day.

Surgery day was seamless and I was in & out without troubles. I was fortunate to have a relatively quick recovery considering the extent of my surgery, but I attribute that, in part, to the expert quality with which Dr. Naderi and Dr. Kulak performs their work.

It has now been 2 months since surgery and I am so thrilled with the amazing results. I am more confident than ever and look and feel so much younger without the eye bags. And I get so many compliments on my new appearance and it feels GREAT!

I had thought about rhinoplasty for a long time and am extremely happy that I had waited for Dr. Naderi. I felt very comfortable putting myself in his care and could not be any more pleased from the results. His entire staff is very caring and pleasant, they will help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Their balance between thoughtful care and technical expertise is remarkable. Dr. Naderi had performed three procedures on me: rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. I felt extremely confident throughout the whole process and never once doubted in Dr. Naderi’s expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Naderi to anyone.

Dr. Naderi belongs in a class of his own. He is clearly a very seasoned plastic surgeon (And those who know me can attest to the fact I am extremely selective and research my doctors thoroughly and am known to fly across the country to get treatment from the best). That is, until I met Dr. Naderi… I walked into his office feeling very skeptical, but completely convinced. I could’ve started a cult … ;) Oh well, maybe not a cult :) but definitely a whole lot of referrals. His humility and calm, approachable personality add to the winning package. Dr. Naderi is truly a gem!!!!! And his staff … Oh so sweet and professional..they truly make you feel like you’ve arrived home :)

First, I would like to state that it is true that there is no such thing as the “perfect nose” but in my case, I have to tell you that my nose is PERFECT!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! And get this, It’s only been six days since I’ve had my cast removed. I can’t believe it! I never thought I could look this good and so soon. I thought it would take longer to fully appreciate the results but I’m loving the results right now! Seriously guys when I came home after Dr. Naderi removed my cast I cried because my nose looked amazing and I knew that my life would forever be changed. Dr. Naderi changed my life! I will forever be grateful for what he did for me. My overall experience with Dr. Naderi and his staff was 100% positive!! His staff was understanding and caring. They made me feel really special. After living with a nose that had flattened due to septum loss I was really becoming sadly depressed. I went to one doctor in Wash., DC and he did an okay job, but I could still see the depression following the hump. A year or 2 later I decided to find another doctor/surgeon and was extremely blessed to select Dr. Sherwin Naderi in Chevy Chase, MD. After my initial visit, all of my fears vanished as he is so knowledgeable and well spoken in lay terms. His bedside manner was super and sweet and funny, just what I needed. He is just dear.

When I saw the result I was astonished to see how straight and perfect my nose was. I believe he used juvederm but maybe restylane. I was in heaven and wanted to just run over and hug him. I never thought I would have a decent profile again, but now it is great. All of my friends are so mesmerized with the results since they knew my folly for a year or so before the injections and were wondering what would be the outcome. Truly, I was walking on air with my head held high and my hair pulled back. A miracle man, I say.

The doctor also counseled me on the wrinkles around my mouth and chin and neck which REALLY age me (or make me look my age) so I am now saving to have that procedure done by his associate, Dr. Kulak. Then it is on to the fat eye lids. I have no qualms about having this done by Dr. Naderi or Dr. Kulak.
It has been 5 months since the injections and my nose still looks great–it should last for 2 years. You just cannot go wrong by having Dr. Naderi perform any kind of nose procedure you need.

I had a family trait of a humped nose and when I was younger it was fine since I had fullness in my face it didn’t appear to be that bad ( at least not to me ) but as I aged the nose started to droop and the hump became more apparent in photos especially on side profile. I finally made an appointment with Doctor Naderi because my laser specialist (Hollar! To Sara at PARVA Plastic Surgery ) advised Doctor Naderi was the best! Well she was right. My first consult was awesome he answered my questions and gave me a fair and honest consult/opinion of my nose. He showed me a digital image of before and after and while he said results can vary( he can’t control the healing process) my end result is exactly what he showed me from my first day consult. He sent emails of my end result photos on a sunday( a day off, mind you). I could tell Doctor Naderi cares about his patients and goes the extra mile for them. My surgery date was scheduled and the day of my surgery quickly was here. I was a little nervous but I trusted Doctor Naderi. My surgery went great! I followed all of the pre and post op instructions to the letter. Slowly as I healed and after my splint was removed it was like Christmas. I loved my new nose. I didn’t look like someone else I looked like me only better ( which is exactly what I was looking for). In my opinion you shouldn’t be able to tell you had something ” done” . People tell me or ask me ” you change you hair? Or I didn’t realize your eyes were such a great color” which are all signs to me that I had a great surgeon ! I did have bruising but I’m fair skinned so I knew that would happen it’s the nature of being me but now 2 months post op the bruises are all but a faded memory and I love the way I look. No more feeling self conscious when someone whips out a camera, no worrying about ” getting my best side” in a photo shot. I can’t say enough positive things about Doctor Naderi and his staff. All good people :) thank you Doctor Naderi you are a fair,honest and talented surgeon with an incredible ethical standard that you hold yourself to.

I had the most wonderful experience with Naderi Center. Dr. Naderi and staff are incredible. They are all very nice and helpful, and really make you feel like your individual experience is important to them. From the very first visit, through the surgery, and all post op appointments, Dr. Naderi always spent time answering any questions and going over everything in completion. I never once waited on him; all my appointments ran on schedule. His phones are always answered by helpful staff members, and he answers emails almost immediately. Dr. Naderi was extremely caring during all of my treatment. He even went as far as to bring me extra ice packs to the hospital on the day of my surgery because I could not find the kind I needed. The whole process went so smoothly thanks to Dr. Naderi and staff. He did just what I was hoping for. As my mom put it, “she still looks like herself, just a better version.” My results could not be more perfect!

Here i was, picky, phobic, scared, but Dr Naderi inspired total trust and confidence, his staff is so warm and knowledgable, his botoxing is amazing, he knows just what to do and I will only trust my face to his ability – so finally went ahead with rhinoplasty. I expected pain and bruising but it was so comfortable, not painful. The recovery was a very quick week with almost no down time, and no bruising!!

I just followed Dr Naderi’s instructions, healed really fast, used what he said, Arnica, and Turmeric/Bromelain, which really helped with inflammation and healing. I used the pain med for 2 days and when I went back to work the very next week, heard that I looked “well rested”..!! :-)

Dr Naderi’s talent and expertise had a huge result for me. Everyone was shocked at how great it looked within 2 weeks, and still looks like me, just way better!! Result is I’m so happy that I smile a lot more and I love how I look! I’m confident of profile, wear hair any way I want, even make up looks better! I’m so happy, thank you is not enough but I have to say thank you Dr Naderi!!

Anyone with any trepidation whatsoever should totally get over it and trust him because he is not just gifted but THE BEST!!
