I had contemplated rhinoplasty since I was a teenager (7/8 years). I consulted with two doctors and it was clear to me from the beginning of my appointment with Dr. Naderi that he was the best possible surgeon. He not only asked me what my dislikes and hopes were, but told me of his own aesthetic opinion, which was spot on. He pointed out that I am a fair-skinned girl who stands at 5’2″, and having a smaller and “cuter” nose would suit my face and personality better, which is exactly what I had always felt. He used computer imaging to give me an idea of what I could expect at the very first appointment. I was able to schedule the payments and surgery date quickly with the help of the knowledgable office staff. I had never previously underwent any elective surgeries and I was quite nervous on the day before and of. However as soon as I talked with the operating room staff and chatted once more with Dr. Naderi about our goals I was confident in my well-being and ready to get the show on the road. In talking to a friend who had a rhinoplasty from a different surgeon 6 months prior to me, Dr. Naderi’s pre-op methods are uniquely thorough. For example, his direction and guidelines regarding dietary needs, anti-swelling precaution, and additional vitamin and supplements to monitor bleeding and inflammation, were something she did not receive from her surgeon. I am about 6 weeks post op and feeling back to myself 100%. I have seen Dr. Naderi twice already since the surgery to monitor my progress. We have even discussed skincare and dermatological routines that are custom-cfrafted to my post-surgery facial needs. I absolutely love my new nose and the confidence it has brought me. I would not only recommend going through with rhinoplasty to anyone considering it, but I would highly urge you to see Dr. Naderi. Unlike some cosmetic surgeries, the nose is prominently displayed on a daily basis for all to see, and you want to feel total trust in your surgeon’s vision. It looks even better than the original computerized “after” photos!

Growing up I was never satisfied with the appearance of my nose. In addition to having a bump on the bridge of the nose, I experienced years of trauma from playing contact sports (football, lacrosse, wrestling). As a result, I had a bulbous, damaged, and unattractive nose. As a guy, the thought of plastic surgery is always nerve-racking; I feared losing my masculine facial features. I put those fears aside and decided to consult with Dr. Naderi. Dr. Naderi is a very kind, knowledgable, and REALISTIC surgeon who wanted nothing but the best for me. His main goal was to give me a “smaller” and more attractive nose while keeping it natural and masculine— exactly what I wanted. It has now been a month since the surgery and my nose looks a thousand times better, even with the swelling. My nose looks smaller, yet natural and masculine. I have been going out with friends and no-one has questioned my appearance. In essence, Dr. Naderi did a phenomenal job. He is truly a distinguished expert in his field. I would like to thank Dr. Naderi and his team for their exceptional service. I would also like to thank you all for providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Dr. Naderi is the best doctor ever. I couldn’t believe how little bruising I had after my rhinoplasty and how great I looked only a week later. I could tell that I had picked the best surgeon in the field. The product was exactly what I wanted and I absolutely believe this was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Naderi is meticulous in his work, has a great calming aura about him, and is highly professional. He gives the patient realistic expectations and is very forthright in everything he says. If you go to another doctor for your rhinoplasty you are making a huge mistake. You deserve the best surgeon!

Doctor Naderi is absolutely the best, most skilled, and caring rhynoplasty surgeon. He is an expert in his field and knows exactly what will look good on each person. He knew exactly what I wanted. My rhynoplasty results far exceeded any expectations that I had. Trust him when he says trust me. He knows exactly what he is talking about. He is an absolute artist and executes the rhynoplasty and septoplasty (deviated septum) procedures flawlessly. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped in to his office to after the procedure and all the follow ups. Everything is so organized and the hospital staff all love him as well. I felt completely at ease with him as I knew I was in great hands. He and his staff are so caring and create a very comfortable environment. It did feel like a family atmosphere. It speaks volumes about his character that everyone he interacted with and performed procedures for spoke so highly of him. Doctor Naderi was and is always available to answer my excessive amount of questions, with the utmost professionalism and patience, and sense of urgency. He truly cares about his patients and his work! I am over a month out from surgery and absolutely love my nose!! I just cannot say enough good things about him. He is a magician and an amazing doctor. Best bedside manner as well. I had seeen 2 other doctors in the D.C. Metro area and I am so glad that I chose doctor Naderi! One of the best decisions I have made. I would 100 percent recommend him! I could never imagine that my nose could come out looking this great!

I had a great experience with Dr. Naderi… He and his staff were very nice and detail-oriented starting from the first consultation. I really liked how all the instructions were written down and explained to me during my pre-op appointment. Though there are a lot of pre and post-op instructions and cautions, it felt reassuring to see that Dr. Naderi took every procedure very seriously and wanted it to be done the best and safest way possible. Another thing I want to point out is how quick Dr. Naderi and his staff were with responding to calls and emails. After my surgery, I encountered a few problems with my medication and sutures (just because I have super sensitive skin) and Dr. Naderi answered all of my emails literally within 30 minutes! I am now about 2 months post-op; everything is healing well and I am already soo happy with my results! Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Naderi. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Naderi is THE BEST facial plastic surgeon, period. I am so thankful I found him! What initially interested me about his practice was his commitment to specialization. He was my 4th (and final) consultation I went to for rhinoplasty. The first 2 consults were in fancy Beverly Hills and those Dr.’s didn’t hold a candle to Dr. Naderi. Dr. Naderi is incredibly skilled at what he does, but he also has an INCREDIBLE bedside manner and personality with his patients. He made me feel so comfortable right at the beginning (so did his staff – they are great!) and he took the time to explain the procedure. He also took the time to really understand what I wanted, he showed me several different directions we could go in and he helped me to have very realistic expectations throughout. He CARES about his patients. He has been, and continues to be (I am 7 weeks post surgery) available to me to answer all of my questions. We have phoned, Facetimed, and he responds to emails in lightening speed. He personally called me the night of my surgery to check on me. He has exceeded my highest expectations with regards to the results of my rhinoplasty, and I know my nose will only continue to look better as it continues in the healing process. I spent the majority of my life living in shame due to some significant asymmetries and misshaping in my nose, and I definitely did my homework and took this process very seriously when choosing my surgeon. I do not have the words to adequately express my gratitude to Dr. Naderi. You will not regret working with him. He is simply the best.

This review is long overdue, I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Naderi almost a year ago and I cannot believe how amazing my results turned out. The result is more natural than I ever would have thought possible, my brother didn’t even know I had done anything until I told him! After my consultation I knew I was in great hands and Dr. Naderi quickly responded to any questions I had before and after the surgery. If rhinoplasty is something you have been contemplating do not hesitate to book a consultation with Dr. Naderi.

Dr. Naderi and his staff is amazing! He did an incredible job with my rhinoplasty and I could not be more grateful. He is worth the price, wait, everything! I wasn’t even nervous going into the surgery because I knew I was in good hands, yet had I chosen any other surgeon I know I would have been.
