Dr. Naderi, My surgery with you is in 9 days. I don’t wish to bother you as you’re busy but, me and my nose just wanted to reach out to say we are very excited about June 20. And I think it is wonderful how, regarding online reviews, you have responded to every person who has had an issue of some kind with you or the office there. I respect how you address the situation in a factual way and place these people into proper context. To me it shows you are aware and exacting; observant about all the patients who come to you. Dr. Naderi, Just wanted to tell you that from a customer perspective, you have an excellent team. Mary and Sara are wonderful! They’ve been extremely prompt, friendly and helpful throughout this entire process. Every email and phone call were responded to within no time. When I explained how my pre-op physical was delayed, they gave me new ideas for resolution. It wasn’t easy making my schedule work with yours for getting the surgery booked, but these ladies diligently followed up until we made it happen. I’ll stop there because I’m sure you get the point. Bottom line is that I’m grateful and impressed. My surgery is scheduled for Monday. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the actual procedure or the week afterward, but I’m definitely excited you’ll be working your magic. I look forward to having an improved nose! See you on Monday. Shervin, I said it 3 years ago I’ll say it again you are the best injector. I recently began injection this product, Previously I would inject Radiesse or Juvederm UP XC, it’s amazing how much volume this 1cc procedures.

Dr. Naderi, First and foremost, happy new year to you and your loved ones. On January 2nd I hit the 3 month mark since my procedure. The results thus far have been well beyond my expectations. I followed all of the postoperative instructions to the letter and found that the recovery from the procedure was very straightforward and painless.

I just thought you deserve to know this. Finally, since being very unhappy with my surgery, things look better now. I don’t know why it took so long for my nose to look its best. Maybe some people just take longer time to heal. Whatever the reason is, the results of my surgery looks better than ever… Have a happy New Year. I’m sorry about our discussions before. Thank You
