The work that you do and the procedures that you perform are absolutely incredible but, for me, the gratitude goes very much beyond that.

Dear Dr. Naderi,

We hope and pray that you, your family and staff are safe and reasonably coping with this unsettling crisis! This is actually an email that I have wanted to forward for several months, but the last visit that T and I made to your beautiful new offices encouraged me to finally get it drafted and sent out. Maybe having extra time in my home office during the pandemic may have helped also!

My purpose in writing is to tell you how much I sincerely appreciate the outstanding care and attention that you have provided to T over the past several years. The work that you do and the procedures that you perform are absolutely incredible but, for me, the gratitude goes very much beyond that. Honestly, I’m just a “farm boy from Ohio” who grew up never expecting to ever set foot in a plastic surgeon’s office. However, thanks to the love of my life, I have experienced that world and have frankly been appalled at much of what I’ve seen. Unfortunately, in my view, there are too many vulnerable women in our society with very low self esteem who can be manipulated with promises that procedures can produce the “look” they are desperate to have and that their value and happiness will be achieved. Or in my wife’s case, dealing with a society that does not look kindly on once beautiful women aging, the pressure is even more intense to try to “fix” things.

Your approach and the honesty with which you serve your clients seem to be to be exceptions to the rule. Even when you probably knew that T may have wanted to get a different response from you, your guidance has always been in her real and best self interest. By the way, your most recent advice was heeded and she did not have anything further done with her lip lift revision. She does, however, continue to feel very bad about losing her smile and would appreciate a referral from you for a competent and trustworthy “cosmetic dentist” who might provide some guidance, just to explore to see if anything could be done from that angle. The location of the person is not an issue for us.
Again, thank you so much for being such a wonderful physician and advisor to T and me. We are truly grateful!

Revision Rhinoplasty Success!

Dr Naderi has my highest admiration for his exceptional surgical skills and compassionate, friendly demeanor. He is a rare find, a problem solver and his reputation as the most skilled and specialized rhinoplasty surgeon in Northern VA is well earned. Two years ago I hastily allowed my ENT with INOVA to perform a functional rhinoplasty on me along with other procedures, to correct debilitating, chronic sinus infections. That life changing decision left me in a state of shock and eventual panic as I slowly developed a collapsed nasal valve and embarrassing bent tip. A nasal deformity evident within the first 3 months post surgery that began to erode my self esteem and seriously impact my quality of life. With each passing consult with reputable ENT’s and “top docs” that failed to exude confidence in successfully performing a revision surgery, I grew more weary, sleep deprived and anxious. I was overwhelmed with advice over temporary fixes such as dissolvable nasal implants versus costly surgery that could lead to unknown yet permanent outcomes but once I finally met with Dr. Naderi everything changed. Dr. Naderi and his staff’s compassion, knowledge of how best to correct my problem and quiet confidence gave me a calming reassurance and just like that my neurotic and needless worrying dissipated. The professionalism and kindness I found at The Naderi Center gave me the emotional support I needed to find the courage to place my full trust in Dr. Naderi’s hands. Today I am 10 days out from my revision surgery and I couldn’t be more relieved and grateful to Dr. Naderi over the successful outcome. My nose is still very swollen and I have a lot of healing ahead of me until I can realize the final result, but I’m thrilled that my new look is a tremendous improvement and better fit for my face, has restored functionality and that I am armed with the confidence that I have found the most skilled plastic surgeon committed to helping me realize the beautiful, graceful nose and overall appearance I have always envisioned for myself. If a revision is in your future, you too can trust that Dr Naderi and his incredible staff will have nothing but your best interests at heart. I am truly grateful and give special thanks to Mary, Emily and Ava for being so wonderful in their assistance and for seamlessly guiding me through all the necessary preparations. The medical staff at FairOaks Hospital were also fantastic and spoke highly about Dr. Naderi which was also comforting. The entire team of professionals that Dr. Naderi surrounds himself with are impressive and my overall experience could not have been better. Note: I’ll update my review with more pics 30 days out.

It has been 6 months since my procedure. I only wish I had had this done prior to 38 years old. I could not be happier. My self-confidence is through the roof. People tell me I’m aging backwards. You definitely have a gift. I could not thank you enough. I am so very happy and grateful. Hope you know what a difference you make in peoples lives.

Thank you so much for my new nose! Even though I just had the cast removed, and I know there is swelling, I cannot believe the difference. I have been self-conscious of my nose since I was 10 years old. For years, I looked at various surgeons before and after pics and resigned myself to learning to accept my nose because I didn’t like the “cookie-cutter” look that can be typical of a nose job. You have made my nose unique and as if I was blessed with a nice nose naturally. Thank you for your meticulous approach and artistry. Looking forward to life with my new nose!

Just wanted to say I passed your name around last night. Chicks were amazed that I had any work done, 5 years later… Best thing on my face is definitely my nose. I haven´t put much thought into it since you did the work; oh yeah! the downside of vanity you warned me about… Totally true. Can´t say you didn´t warn me though. :)

Dr. Naderi used a different technique to lift my brow and it is perfect

Dr. Naderi gave me the best Botox and lips fillers I have ever had!. I had to schedule months in advance but he was well worth the wait. He also used 1/2 of the Botox that I’ve had in the past with other doctors. He used a different technique to lift my brow and it is perfect.

Very Natural Results

Dr. Naderi is very professional, I liked the results of my tear trough injection, they were very natural which is what I wanted. I’ll be coming there more often for lips and cheeks. Highly recommended!!

I have been seeing Dr. Naderi for a couple of years now for Botox. He is the absolute best!!! I highly recommend seeing him if you are thinking about getting Botox or any other services he provides there!.

The procedure itself was really easy and quick

I had been wanting to get under eye fillers for nearly a year before I visited the Naderi Center. I did a lot of research prior to making a decision about the doctor I would go with and finally chose to go to Dr. Naderi. I flew in from Germany to visit him for a consultation and was really happy with the consultation and decided to get the fillers the same day. Dr. Naderi was really personable and super cool. He makes you feel really comfortable and at ease during the procedure. The procedure itself was really easy and quick. I was expecting to feel some pain, but it was really painless. I did have some bruising and puffiness for a few days, but once it was gone I was really happy with the results. My tear troughs were much less pronounced, but my face still looks natural (just as I wanted). Would definitely recommend Dr. Naderi and definitely visiting him again when I’m back in the States.
