I had a small bump in my nose and uneven bridge (thin then too wide) kind of masculine basically and opted for a non-surgical rhinoplasty also done by him, against Dr.Naderis will (he said I would look avatarish and bridge would look too wide) and freaked out! He was right! I looked awful for a week and semi awful the second.
Luckily it looked better after two-three weeks and it was honestly the best I’ve felt about myself in YEARS! My profile got a bit better and it was enough of a change for me to think about an actual rhinoplasty. After having a baby I had my heart set on getting a rhinoplasty, because Dr.naderi was right, my issue wasn’t really the bump on my bridge, but overall shape and size of my nose for someone my size! He was very considerate of my schedule and his staff was very patient in finding the right date for me! As far as my goals, I didn’t want a nose too small, just to take the errors out and very natural. He gave me a print out of the goals which shows how confident he was! And now here I am with tape on my nose just 11 days post opp.(which he was very kind to tape himself because I really didn’t want to show my swollen nose to my mum!)
These little things matter a lot!
Now onto results, I can’t say much right now, just that the nose tip was really nicely shaped and bridge reallly straight! The shape is incredible. It is however HUGE and very wide at the bridge and much bigger atm and look very odd especially from the front (think elephant, think avatar)and I’m really hoping to see results soon because I had ZERO bruising (despite osteotomies!) all facial swelling is all gone too! I have heard by week two the swelling goes down drastically and even more so at one month so fingers crossed!

Dr.Naderi really does show realistic pictures on his Instagram which is why some of the post opp pictures don’t look perfect and Avatarish. He has pictures up of one week out and that is exactly how i look too! Just waiting for the final results!
I will update once I start looking more normal.

I am a 25 year old woman who was sure she needed a nose job. I have a dorsal hump that I’ve never loved, so I started getting Rhinoplasty consults. I live in rural NC so I scoured the East Coast looking for the perfect surgeon. I had a phone consult with Dr. Naderi, felt very comfortable with him, and was scheduled as an out of town patient. I then came up to VA the day before my actual surgery to do the in person Rhino consult. It was in the office, as Dr. Naderi showed me pictures of my nose and discussed the types of nose surgeries, that I knew my heart was not 100% in it. I realized I was not emotionally ready for a Rhinoplasty yet and that I should not go through with it. That night I notified the office of my fears and I received a personal email from Dr. Naderi himself. He assured me it was ok and I was right to cancel it. I was refunded my surgical fee. Ya’ll I cannot tell you how great the Naderi Center was to me before and after my canceled surgery. If you don’t like your nose I encourage you to go see Dr. Naderi in person. He and his amazing staff will take great care of you. He will be honest with you , but will not try to talk you into anything. He takes your opinion into account and talks openly with you. I will be forever a fan of the Naderi Center, and if one day I feel I am ready for that new nose without a bump, I will be getting it done with Dr. Naderi.

After I read all the positive feedback about Dr. Naderi I have decided to set an appointment too – best decision ever!! He is the best of the best and a doctor you REALLY can trust!! He is helpful, completely honest and he truly cares about his patients. I only can recommend to go to Dr. Naderi!!!!!

I drove four hours today for a consult with Dr. Naderi and I must say it was well worth the travel just for the consult. He was super nice and very knowledgable about the nose. See I’m looking for someone to perform a revision on me. He was very thorough and honest with what he could do. He did the 3d imaging on me as well which gave me a better understanding in what could be achieved. There’s nothing negative at all I can say about him. Seems very caring, genuine, professional and experienced. Great staff! Sarah, thank you for your kindness. Both you and Dr. Naderi were very warming and in this time that’s not that easy to come across! No matter what I decide for the future about my surgery I want you to know (if you’re even reading this) that you made a positive impact on me today and gave me hope! Bless you all!!

Can’t rave enough about Dr. Naderi. Having had a rhinoplasty in my early 20s that didn’t hold up well as i aged, i found Dr. Naderi, who was able to use non-surgical methods to reshape my nose. I was so happy with the results and confident of his skills and talent, that I started having him use injectables for my forehead and laugh lines (though i swore i would never do that). He has such a natural touch. I feel and look better and no one can tell that i have used fillers. Dr. Naderi rocks! And his staff is always uber-pleasant and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Naderi and his staff. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. The entire rhinoplasty experience from consultation to post-op follow up has been flawless. Dr. Naderi is such an experienced and knowledgeable surgeon (and incredibly kind and personable as well) that I felt at ease right away. His staff are all equally warm, professional and supportive. After a brief description of the overall look I was going for, I left everything in Dr. Naderi’s very capable hands, and the results are fantastic. I could not be happier. I would recommend Dr. Naderi to anyone.

Dr. Naderi is so wonderful. He is very gentel and kind. He is very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. My non surgical nose job looks so natural. I LOVE it.
