This is a review for a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Shervin Naderi. I am writing this review to share my experience with others. This was a big personal decision for me. I imagine there are others who may be weighing a similar big decision, and could use honest feedback about one patient’s experience with this particular physician.

I have grown up very insecure about my nose. Nobody had ever said anything mean or criticized my nose, but I hated how round and big it was, and could not stand to see my profile view. After looking for a place to get my nose fixed, my mom came across the Naderi Center. I got a reasonable price at consultation. I felt no pain during surgery and was just a little sensitive for a week afterwards. After my cast was removed I was happy to see the beautiful work he had done. 5 months later, my nose is my favorite part of me and I could not be any more pleased. My profile view is now my favorite. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Naderi.

I am beyond thrilled with Dr. Naderi’s work on my nose. I am of Iranian descent and have had a prominent nose since puberty. I have always been self conscious of the size of my nose and often felt bad after seeing photos of myself. My nose was attractive, but quite large for my face. The tip descended quite close to my upper lip and was very round on the end, plus the bridge had a strong bump. I really liked my looks and did not want to look different, other than having a more proportionate, streamlined nose that would match my other features rather than crowding them. Dr. Naderi and his staff advise their patients to have realistic expectations and will repeatedly tell you not expect perfection. I can say with confidence that my new nose is actually PERFECT! It is exactly what I wanted and more. I’m only 2 weeks out from surgery and I already love it! I am so glad I was finally able to do this and chose the best doctor. Dr. Naderi’s staff even gave me a student discount to make the surgery more affordable for me. I did not want to shop around for a cheaper surgery because I wanted the most skilled doctor working on my nose. Still, they accommodated my budget as much as they could and it really helped.

I wanted to say that my experience with each of you from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding. You are truly a First Class, World Class operation and you treat your patients the same. Every question–no matter how small–was addressed quickly and kindly. And, every step of the process was so well laid out and processed seamlessly through the operation on to after-care.

I had my rhinoplasty with doctor Shervin Naderi a week ago. I had been waiting to have it done for many years and when the right moment presented itself I started my research on finding the best surgeon. His name kept being mentioned and praised in many websites. Also the fact that his 15 year surgical experience was mainly focused on rhinoplasty was definitely a plus factor. So I decided to give his office a call. I am a bit of an aesthete and knowing myself, I thought that it was going to take a while to find the surgeon that would be both skilled but also an artist in order to achieve what I wanted my nose to look like, without having to changing my face much. But from the second I met him I knew that he was the right doctor for what I was looking for! He was so thorough, honest, knowledgable, and super super nice. I immediately had the feeling that I was in the best hands because of how knowledgeable and confident he was in explaining everything to the most minute detail. That is very important in my opinion when you are deciding to trust someone with the most important feature of your face. Yes, he is very confident in himself, but because he truly is a brilliant surgeon!! I can’t believe a couple of negative reviews that I have read that say how he was rude and unprofessional because I can guarantee you this doctor is the most professional, gentleman, caring doctor I have ever met. And he is backed up by an excellent, excellent staff. They were super nice and made sure that I was taken care of and went through every detail of the process with me, several times :-). When the surgery day came, I went in with high expectations. I can now say that Dr. Naderi not only met these expectations, he majorly exceeded them!!! And I am talking only one week after surgery. He called me the night after surgery to make sure I was ok and his staff was available and super nice any time I called them with post-op related questions. I hope that everyone who reads this review and is considering a rhinoplasty will make the decision to knock on Dr. Shervin Naderi’s door because he is the most experienced, knowledgable, skillful, truly caring surgeon out there!!

I knew I wanted a few aspects of my nose changed. Dr. Naderi knew exactly what my concerns were without me even having to say anything. He set realistic expectations and was very attentive when I had questions. Only 6 weeks later and my nose is already better looking than when I first walked into his office. You will be missing out if you do not at least set a consultation with him. Trust me! He has changed my life and boosted my confidence! He is a truly skilled surgeon. P.s. I have medium thick skin and my swelling was actually pretty bad post-op (I know I wish some reviews mentioned this when I was researching). The swelling went down SO much and I am entirely happy with the results so far!

I wanted to get rid of the dark circles under my eyes and after much research and deliberation I decided to go with a filler. I know the area under the eye is very thin and I bruise and swell easily so I was very hesitant to let anyone do this procedure. And there are lots of horror stories about what can go wrong. So I found Dr Naderi online after watching tons of videos of Drs performing procedures. He numbed the area under my eyes first and used a very tiny need to apply the filler. I was nervous but he was very gentle and it was pretty much painless. There was initially no swelling or bruising and very little the next day. What there was could be covered with make up. By the second day it looked great. Couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Naderi is clearly a very skilled injector and did a fantastic job giving me the rounder cheeks and fuller lips I had been hoping for. My face looks amazing 1-week post-injection, and the results are subtle (which is what I wanted) but beautiful. He has a very gently touch — even the lip injections barely hurt. What impressed me the most was how artfully he sculpted my face, taking my natural asymmetry into account so that after the injections the two sides of my face were more even. I’ve had filler injections to my tear trough area, cheeks and lips before, and every doctor has a slightly different approach, but Dr. Naderi has given me the best results I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him for filler injections.

I was also impressed by his candor. I had originally come in for a revision rhinoplasty consultation, but he said he was not sure I would like the way my nose would look after the surgical procedure and suggested a (much cheaper) non-surgical approach to start with. I like that he didn’t convince me to do the more expensive procedure, and he said he would be happy to revisit the issue if I’m still unhappy with my nose after the less invasive approach. For the record, I originally came to Dr. Naderi to address breathing issues from a rhinoplasty I had done 15 years ago. I still have the breathing issues after the restylane injections, although my nose looks straighter and more symmetrical now. But Dr. Naderi said it’s possible a simpler procedure like turbinate reduction surgery would be enough to help me breathe more easily through my nose.

My experience with Dr. Naderi was great! I’ve done a lot of research before selecting Dr. Naderi to do my procedure. I wanted to get a new refined nose without compromising my ethnic look. Dr. Naderi and his staff were thorough in explaining the procedure and what I should expect out of it. I’m new nose looks very natural. I’ve been getting tons of compliments about my haircut and how it really suits my face people did not even notice I had work done. I recommend Dr. Naderi to anyone who’s looking for a refined nose that looks natural and matches their face.

The staff at the Herndon office was excellent, very supportive. They provided excellent customer service from the moment of making the appointment, all the way to the end after completing my non-surgical nose procedure the same day of the initial consultation. Dr. Naderi took plenty of time to speak with me when we met. He is professional, honest and down to earth. Also, the wait time was extremely minimal from the moment of my appointment all the way until jumping into the procedure. After a little while, we decided to jump into the non-surgical procedure and the results are absolutely amazing. I had a couple of bumps in my nose bridge and now I have a straight bridge. I will do touch ups once or twice year for the rest of my life. On a scale from 1- 2, the pain level is probable between 1.5 and 2 (and I’d say it’s closer to 1.5). Once you go to bed at night, the pain gets closer to 2 because you start feeling a little bit of pressure, and there is very minimal bruising. Trust me, I am a big baby, and this is the most comfortable procedure I’ve ever done. The facility is very clean and relaxing. I really have nothing negative to say about my experience. The only negative issue is that now I’ll probably be broke because I want to go back for a lot more!
