Very easy process — the team is great in scheduling and coordinating with your primary care doctors for the procedure. I only wanted a very subtle change to my nose. If I did not find Dr. Naderi, I am not sure if I would have gone through with the procedure. However, Dr. Naderi is truly gifted in creating very natural results. I am so happy that I find him and I am loving my result.

Recently had a septorhinoplasty done with Dr. Naderi and I’m so happy to say that the “Nose Man” delivered. I’d always wanted to get my nose done but remained hesitant because it’s hard to find someone with consistently great results…… and I’m a giant baby. He did my friend’s nose and she looks amazing so he’d already been on my radar. His work really speaks for itself. His account is pretty active on Instagram and he has a bunch of awesome pre/postop pics up on there so I’d check those out too if you really need to be convinced beyond his website gallery.

He’s a facial plastic surgeon and while he could be doing face lifts and blepharoplasties etc etc, he’s focused solely on the nose so it’s comforting to know you’re in the hands of someone committed to their craft. Rhinoplasty is considered to be one of the most tricky in plastic surgery, so if I’m going to have my face permanently altered, I’m going to someone who knows how to deal with the complexities of the nose and how to make it all come together functionally all while producing an aesthetically pleasing result. I was more than happy to pay more than average to avoid going to one of the many general plastic surgeons in the area who does BBLs, breast augs, lipo, etc with like… 10 rhinoplasties sprinkled in a year. No thanks. Do your homework!

When I met him for my consultation he was friendly, confident and honest about what he could achieve. It takes him just a few seconds to do the edits with the digital imaging software but he gives you a pretty good idea of what the outcome might be. I’m still in the early stages with lots of swelling but I can already see soft contours of my nose matching the one morphed for me, but even better. He didn’t promise me a nose that would be unattainable given my anatomy, he’s going to work with what you’ve got to give you the best nose that fits your face. The consultation felt like it flew by pretty quickly, the only thing I wish I had done was write down my questions beforehand because by the time I walked out of there I remembered a bunch that I just ended up asking him during my preop appointment.

I was in a bit of a time crunch to have this procedure done due to my own tight schedule but the office staff was so sweet and nice every time I corresponded with them. They did everything they could to accommodate me and with a little bit of luck it all worked out perfectly given my time constraints.

Preoperatively I took arnica, ate lots of pineapple, and a good amount of kale. I did everything I could to avoid bruising and swelling in hopes of yielding a better result, including avoiding the giant list of foods they say is a no go around surgery time. Postoperatively, I iced the hell out of my face (not nose), slept upright, avoided hot foods, etc. I did not have any discernible swelling or bruising which I’m sure was mostly due to his technique. They also provide you with a huge list of specific pre and post op instructions, prescriptions and a short shopping list of items to get prior to surgery. Watch the videos that he has on youtube, particularly the one about cleaning the nose and applying vaseline.

I get it. It’s scary. I went into my preop appointment so terrified you’d have thought my life was on the line. You either do it or you don’t but I’m sooo glad I did. I trusted him and he really came through and gave me my perfect nose – one that looks incredible even just a little over a week post-op.
