My experience with Dr. Naderi was and is just amazing!! He is the go to artist. Please, if you are considering any improvements/ enhancements of your overal facial beauty, please see him first.
I went to Dr. Naderi because he is a specialist in rhinoplasty. I am a Black young woman who models as a hobby, I was concerned about my nose. I felt like it was so big and it was the first thing I saw anytime I looked at my pictures. I’m very self conscious about it. I went to another plastic surgeon before seeing Dr. Naderi. Although this other plastic surgeon was very nice and pleasant, he was ready to basically give me whatever I asked for when it came to my nose (I wanted a small Barbie nose). Thankfully, I still kept my appointment with Dr. Naderi.
From the moment I walked in his office, I felt welcomed. His staff is not only beautiful physically but they are very warm and welcoming. I was excited to meet the specialist, Dr. Naderi. I told him my concerns about my nose. I made it clear that I wanted a more European nose, Barbie like. He advised that my nose did not need surgery but perhaps some filler to even everything out. I’m like filler is not going to make it sleek and slim like I want. Dr Naderi really took his time with me and was so patient. We went to his office and took some pictures of my nose – full face, full profile side views. This is where everything fell into place and I really experienced his artistry and expertise. I was on the big screen and he showed me my computer generated images of my would be results, of what I wanted. He explained that he can make my nose thinner, but if we do that, breathing would be a problem because my nostrils would be so significantly smaller. I didn’t even think about that. He also Advised he would have to take cartilage from somewhere to help support thinner nose. While he was explaining all of this he showed me the images on the computer screen of possible results from such an extensive surgery. Then he also advised, because I wanted that Barbie nose, he would have to possibly do a chin implant so my side profile would not be askew.
I said “chin implant!!” He said yes, the nose is reconstructed, your chin would not match your new nose. He showed me this as well on he screen. And absolutely, my chin would need an inplant.
This seemed like such and extensive surgery for just wanting a Barbie nose – although I’ve wanted it all my life. The other surgeon I went to didn’t explain any of this. I’m glad I went to Dr. Naderi. Please believe I felt like Dr Naderi’s Only patient for the evening, he didn’t rush or anything.
Dr. Naderi said we can do the surgery, but he recommended, again the filler in my nose and also the upper lip. I said “upper lip?” He showed me again on the screen how the filler could even my nose, (bridge) making it slightly thinner and the filler in upper lip would even it out. My upper lip is kind of thin.
I agreed to the filler, but I was nervous about the lip. But after some thought, I said I would do lip too. Dr. Naderi and one of the pretty ladies, part of his staff said, “well, you don’t have to do everything right now, let’s just do the nose first and go from there.” I had numbing cream applied and then I got the filler. No pain at all. I was so pleased with the outcome. My sister immediately noticed the difference when I got home. I had my Barbie nose with just some filler!!! I went back for the lips. I’m glad I did. It tied everything together. I felt so pretty. I love the results, I just wish filler lasted longer. I’m glad I went to Dr. Naderi. Now my sister goes to him as well.
If you are considering any improvements to your face, please go to Dr. Naderi’s office first. You will be so happy you did. Amazing experience and I am a customer for life.

I’ve been seeing Dr Naderi for over a year now for non surgical procedures in his office and I always get great results! He’s extremely knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly. I can’t see myself going to anyone else.

This is my second visit and my first experience was great! I had great results! I saw results right away. Great doctor and staff!! I’ve visited both office. Bethesda and Virginia. I would recommend to anyone!
