Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Chevy Chase, MD, patient 36693

This patient wanted to achieve a cuter and more feminine nose. Dr. Shervin Naderi performed a rhinoplasty by lowering the dorsum, shortening the nose, and creating a more upturned tip. Nasal cartilage and bone were removed in order to straighten her very deviated septum. The tip of her nose was then repositioned, and a very conservative trim was done to the dome, leaving most of the cartilage intact. This patient ended up with a beautiful nose and great symmetry was achieved.
