Long term Rhinoplasty results. This lovely female patient is about 4 years out from her surgery and looks amazing. She came to Dr. Naderi mostly concerned with her dorsal hump, which is a common feature that many patients are bothered by. When bringing down this hump, the rest of the nose must be addressed too to keep everything balanced. Dr. Naderi carefully filed down the hump while adding rotation and projection to the tip to support this change. Perfect smoothness and symmetry is impossible, but dramatic improvements are not!
