Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Chevy Chase, MD, patient 36484

This patient underwent major reconstruction. Her nose before was severely deviated with weak structures and collapsed pinched nostrils. She had issues breathing as well. Despite her highly unfavorable anatomy, she achieved a much improved nose with better symmetry, support, and functionality. This patient also underwent a lower blepharoplasty. Her nose will keep getting better as she heals over the next few years.
