Dr. Naderi brought down her dorsum and straightened her nose making it much more symmetric. He lifted and shortened the nose, while adding a bit of rotation and reduced the tip and nostrils making it elegant and pretty. The nose will continue to shrink wrap over the next few years and get more defined and achieve its final intended look.
