Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Naderi. These pictures were taken 5 years apart. This patient wanted a smaller but still very natural nose. She felt that her nose was over projected and very asymmetric. Dr. Naderi reduced the size of her dorsal hump,straightened her nasal septum and shaped her nasal tip into a more elegant and better fitting nose.
