Young female came in to see Dr.Kulak and underwent Lower Blepharoplasty. Dr.Kulak was able to reduce her under eye bags and dark circles, therefore achieving a more well-rested and natural look. Lower eyelid excess fat pads known as "bags" are genetic and not related to age although they do get worse with age. Transconjunctival blepharoplasty with no external scars is often the answer although some patients will require fat injections or filler injections to the tear troughs for best results after the surgery.
