This patient underwent lower face/neck lift for a tightened, contoured, and defined appearance; lower blepharoplasty to address the under eye fat pads/bags; CO2 laser resurfacing around the eyes for improved texture, tone, and laxity; and fat transfer throughout the face to restore lost volume.
