Facial transformation by Washington DC’s Face Specialist Dr. Kulak. Patient came in for a natural surgical facial rejuvenation. Facelift, necklift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with periorbital CO2 laser resurfacing was performed by our Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. This procedure addressed her facial laxity around her jowls and neck, heavy upper eyelid hooding, under eye fat pads and the crepey skin around her eyes. One syringe of Juvederm Ultra was used to balance her lip asymmetry to give her more symmetric lips. The patient is looking much younger and more rested with a beautiful contoured and refreshed face and no obvious signs of "plastic surgery!"
