Rhinoplasty by Dr. Naderi. Here we have a young female who did not like her dorsal bump and wanted an overall smaller nose. She also complained about difficulty breathing. Dr. Naderi brought down her dorsal hump, rotated and shortened the nose as well as straightened her slightly deviated septum. She now has a nose that fits her frame. This procedure took 2 hours under general anesthesia.
